Airport transfer tips for stag groups
Send us your flight numbers when you book, and the driver will follow the arrival time even if the flight is delayed. The airport transfer includes a meet-and-greet at arrivals with a sign, so the group does not have to look for a taxi rank or split into several cars. If the group arrives on different flights, we can arrange more than one pickup at no extra stress for you.
For the return airport transfer, plan to leave the accommodation about two and a half hours before the departure time. There is enough room for normal luggage, but tell us in advance if you are bringing golf bags or other large items so we can send a bigger vehicle.

We understand that organizing a trip for a large group can be challenging. To help us plan the best activities and accommodation for your group, we ask that you provide us with an approximate group size and the maximum number of people that could be in your group.
If the actual number of people in your group ends up being smaller than what you estimated, it will be easy for us to adjust your booking. However, if the number of people in your group increases significantly, we may need to make changes to your booking and itinerary to ensure that we have enough availability.
The deposit is usually €100 when you book. For larger bookings the deposit can be up to €50 per person, depending on the total price – your travel agent will tell you the exact amount. The rest is paid one month before arrival.
Once we come up with an itinerary to your liking, we request the payment of the deposit. Your booking is confirmed after we receive it, and the rest is paid one month before arrival.
